Tralalalala, I just returned from the concert and my head is still full with Paddy is OK, Olé olé. But Why don't I start at the beginning.

The concert started at 19.30. When the lights went out and the music started, the fans threw orange balloons in the air. Maite tried to catch one. The first song was WHY WHY WHY. Then THUNDER came. After that a very happy Patricia came, with big belly and a just as big behind for LOOKING FOR LOVE. When she finished that song she said "... and now comes Maite !!!..." and she turned around and saw that she made a mistake, because it was time for I FEEL LOVE. She made a sign to Paddy like she wanted to say 'Oh I cannot remember this all'. And Paddy smiled and walked to the microphone to sing, with Maite ofcourse. NO WOMAN NO CRY was in it too. After that Patricia climbed off her chair again to waddle back to the microphone and said, "now comes Maite". Maite came to the microphone and Patricia had waddled back and climbed on her chair again and Maite turned to her and said 'do you wanna tell them?'. Patricia waved with her hands and so Maite understood that she had to tell us, so she told us that Patricia was pregnant. She said, "I'm not pregnant, I'm just fat, SHE is pregnant". Then Patricia stood up again and rubbed her belly for the audience. Maite walked to Patricia and hugged her.She also said some nice things about the dutch audience and that the Kelly Family always thought "YEAH!!!" when they had to go to Holland for a concert. And while she said 'Yeah' she threw her arm up.  Maite sang WATCH THE STEPS YOU MAKE. .  A fan in the audience threw candy at Maite and it almost hit her face. Maite took it from the ground and threw it back to the fan. She seemed a little bit angry about it. She said "This is dangerous, you know...I am a human, not a machine". And then another fan gave her a flower and she thanked the fan politely. I think the message was clear.

Angelo sang his new song LIFE IS SO BEAUTIFUL, and the audience yelled at everything they recognized, like the names 'Angelo, Kira and New Babyboy".
WINNIE THE POOH was much different then in december, but very nicely done. At the point where she sings "Mama rabbit said I shouldn't leave' she sang "Mama rabbit said 'please don't go there' but I can't stop my feet now" she kept on singing about her feet, and she walked and walked on the stage let us believe that she couldn't stop her feet. Very funny, especially now because of the way she walks now that she's pregnant. When we thought the song was finished, they started playing another chorus again.
When Joey introduced his new song TRUE LOVE, he said"I'm gonna a sing new song now that I wrote "and he repeated this sentence. Then he looked at Jimmy and Jimmy said 'you sing your song now, that you wrote'." Ok" said Joey, "a song that Jimmy wrote, and that Paddy wrote on the guitar". He said something more and then started singing. A masterpiece that gave me goosepumps all over my body. He sang about his child that made him smile and about being strong when you stay, because it is easier to run, and about his wife and their love being strong. The harmonies of the rest of the family were amazingly beautiful (more goosepumps).

Jimmy had three new songs, more uptempo LORD CAN YOU HEAR MY PRAYER, WAISTIN ALL MY TIME and SO MANY TROUBLES. During one of these songs he put on a green big hat. Patricia sang a song on her own. It was an irish song only with the accompinament of her Bombo. The last few sentences she sang in dutch, like 'bedankt allemaal'..
Then Maite came with her guitar and started to sing I wanna be loved. It was very quiet in the hall and everytime someone yelled or screamed there was a ssssssssssssssss...going through the halle by other fans. One fan yelled 'harder!' (which means 'louder!') and Maite stopt, amused, and looked at the fan and went on where she had stopped. After  I WANNA BE LOVED there was a break.

ARES QUI ofcourse was one big party. Paddy put on a sombrero that was onstage. Patricia found a hat in the shape of a babybottle, that caused Paddy trouble singing, because he had to laugh so much. And it wás very funny to see. She kept it on a few songs. And Joey got a vikinghat with ribbons on it that fell over his hair.
Maite put on the green hat that Jimmy wore on one of his songs. So it was very colorfull to see. Instead of Maite, Jimmy now sang the spanish parts, very well. There was a visitor onstage, she came from Amsterdam. Maite got her onstage, and the woman first danced to Paddy, then wíth Maite, then Patricia came off her chair and danced with her and then the woman danced with Jimmy. After the song she was introduced by Maite and she bowed for her, so I think it is a old aquaintance from the time they lived in Amsterdam, but I'm just guessing that.
During TAKE MY HAND Patricia was still wearing her bottle-hat while standing with Paddy and Maite holding hands.
We got 3 encores. First I CAN'T HELP MYSELF, then MOTHERHOOD, all the fans were singing "Hey, hey-ey baby,ooh, aah" I wanna know if you'll be my girl" and when all the Kellys came up for Motherhood, they started to play on their instruments to play the rythm to our song. Patricia was also dancing. And then Paddy said 'Now Holland is giving The Kelly Family a concert". Then he introduced Motherhood, or Jimmy did. And when that one was finished Jimmy asked us if we wanted to hear another song. Ofcourse everybody was yelling 'Yeah'. So he told us that Paddy had written a new song, if we wanted to hear that. ofcourse we wanted that. But then the crowd was singing, when the rest of the Kelly's left 'Paddy is OK, Olé olé' and Paddy said 'I like this song' and he kept listening to it with a smile. Then he said 'Now my brother'. because Angelo was sitting behind the drum to accompany Paddy with his song. So the audience started about Angelo, but Angelo made a sign with his drumsticks that it was enough and he started drumming. Then Paddy started sing his song BROTHER BROTHER. It was about the family. First he sang about an older brother who was separated from his wife, but their child had his wife's eyes. Then he sang about a younger brother who was expecting a baby with his fiancee (and the audience yelled for Angelo). Then he sang about his father, that he loved him with all his heart but that the angels were around him to take him to the afterlife (!!!!!!!) and at last he sang about his sisters, he didn't want them to think that he was forgetting them, because he wasn't. They were all important to him. Paddy seemed touched by the song at the end. And I think we all were.
Paddy told us that the new CD would be released around christmas or in the beginning of the new year. And that they would come back to Holland before christmas.

I probably forgot half of everything, but when I come up with something I'll let you know by then.
