Wow! The first concert in Holland for this year. I felt a bit nervous to see The Kelly Family again. I don't know why, because I also saw them in Utrecht 29.12.2000. I had number 59 and when we went into the hall the security took away my photocamera L I was really sad about it. But I also had a memo-recorder so I could tape the concert at MC. They didn't found my memo-recorder.
I stood at the 4^th row. At 19.15 everyone started to shout things like: Paddy!! Paddy!! Paddy!! Or Kelly's!!! Kelly's!!! and things like that. Other fans started to sing songs. At 19.30 the lights turned off and the Kelly's came into the stage J In the hall flew a lot orange balloons and it looked really cool I think J I had a balloon with an orange teddybear.
The Kelly's started with: Why Why Why. They looked great and they sang it powerful. Of course there were only 6 Kelly's: Angelo, Maite, Paddy, Joey, Jimmy & Patricia.
With the song Looking for love Patricia told she was pregnat and she really looked so happy J She also sang: Please don't go, Winnie the Pooh & her new Irish/Russian song. The newest version of Winnie the Pooh is really great!! I really love it!!! Please don't go was fantastic too!! Jimmy and Patricia are really a perfect team together. The new Irish/Russian song was really beautifull too!! She told it was only a short song and she told something about Dennis. I didn't hear what she said because a lot people around me were screaming. But later everyone started to shout: DENNIS!! DENNIS!! So Patricia looked to Dennis who was next to the stage and with her arms she said: Come on!! But he didn't came L I think he was shy!! Patricia was a bit sick that day and she went very often to the toilett and she went often to Dennis. She got a lot babyclothes!! Really soooo nice!
With Watch your steps Maite told they were working at a new album. She also told they had a bassist named: Christian. He was at the stage too J The new version of Watch your steps was great too I think!! Maite told it was only the second time they played that song. I think she ment in that version because I already knew that song since December 2000! J Maite also sang: I wanna be loved, So many things, Every baby, Motherhood, Fell in love with an alien & I feel love. Before she started to sing So many things she told: Patricia is wearing MY pants right now!! And when this is all over I want to have it back!! Because it's mine and it's not easy to find clothes in my size!! And she told she was NOT pregnat. With the song "I wanna be loved" she told she wrote it late in the night in a bar for one of her best friends. Her boyfriend dumped her and she didn't had much family to love. Maite was singing the song with all her heart and soul. I enjoyed that song really so much!
Angelo sang his new song: How life could be so beautiful !!!
I really love that song! It's about his fiance Kira and about children J . Angelo also sang I can't help myself, I'll swim I'll swim & I feel love. Of course he also did his great drumsolo!!
Paddy sang only one part of a new song. He sang 1 part of Jimmy's new song. I can't remember the name. I guess it was: Lord can you… ?? I don't know exactly. But it was nice. He also sang: Ares Qui (now only with Jimmy), Why Why Why, Key to my heart, Fell in love with an alien, I feel love, One more freaking dollar, I'll swim I'll swim, I can't help myself and Take my hand. With Take my hand he ALMOST touched my hand. But he was just a bit too far away from me so he only waved J That was cool too of course! I think Paddy was a bit different than normal. I don't know why…
Jimmy sang 2 new songs, one alone, and one together with Paddy. I liked both song really! He also sang: Ares Qui, Please don't go , Motherhood & Thunder. It was really lovely and funny J Jimmy is just so great! You can always laugh with him when he is on the stage J
Joey sang this day: Hallelujah, Why Why Why, Key to my heart, The Wolf & Another world. He also sang his brandnew song: True Love. That song is about his own family: Tanja & Luke J It was a cute song I think.
The concert was without a break and it was a bit hot inside.

After the concert I picked up my photocamera and we went to the backstage-door. We have waited an half hour (first the Kelly's went eating a bit in the hall) and there was Jimmy J He gave everyone autographs. There were many many fans but I was at one of the first rows J
I was really happy when I got his autograph. I asked him: Jimmy, can you please write above: For Mandy?? He answered: "Well, I can…. But I won't! He said it was too busy so if he would do that everyone wanted to have that and he said he would be there 3 hours longer. I said: Oh okay, it doesn't matter!! But he didn't stop talking to me! He said sorry many times and I said many times: It doesn't matter. It was a bit funny J

When Jimmy left we saw another Kelly J !! It was Maite!! There were many fans who were pushing me. So I didn't stood at one of the first rows anymore L . Maite left and I didn't had an autograph L Later we saw at the other side of the backstage-door a lot people who were taking photos! So we went to that other side and there I got an autograph from Maite:

Maite was really nice to the fans. She was talking about a lot things… Like boys… She was really cool and she was laughing all the time J The also waved to me. There was also a male fan who gave her a ring. I don't know how she did react because I was at the other side at that moment. Later she also got a drawing.

She was really laughing about it and she almost felt because of laughing. It was so funny. But the time did go really fast and she left again L

I really had a great day!! The concert was great too!! It wasn't the best concert were I have ever been, but it was cool! I already looked forward to the other concert Tilburg J .

I think I have told you the most important things about the concert. It isn't easy to tell really every little thing.
