At this concert the admission was very good, no running or pushing. The concert took place on a field.
They started like always with "Why why why" and in the middle-part a long guitar-solo of Joey. "Thunder" was the next song. "Gonna let noooboooooooooody loooove... Okay, I know you can do it better... one two three... gonna let noboody loooooove love you, you you..."
Patricia: "Good afternoon ! How are you? Thanks for coming. Thatīs very dear from you. People from Berlin, Croatia, Poland... and from Falkenwalde - is that correct?" * gg * and then Tricia sang "Looking for love".
"Come on everybody, let me see your hands" and they started to play "I feel love". Paddy sang in the middle part: "No woman No cry, good friends we have, good friends we have lost, along the way... ". That sounds great!
Maite: "I never played on such a beautiful field. The day before yesterday we were in Belgium and that was also interesting. There were many cows ..." She wanted begin to sing, but the fans were faster *g* and sang "Ein Bett im Kornfeld".
"Okay, itīs my turn!. A quite new song that I composed 3 months ago and itīs called "So many things I wanna do".
And then "Iīll be your bride" and "Fell in love with an alien". The next song was "Iīll swim Iīll swim ".
Patricia came in front of the stage and told us that she can remember the year 1990 when the toured here in this area. She said it was for her one of the best times she had.
You could hear the first sounds of "Another world" and "Joey, Joey"-calls. After it a little bit older song "Key to my heart", but Joey and Paddy missed sometimes their entry. *g*
The next song was a ballad. Guess which! Right, "Every baby". Maite said: "I wrote this song when I was 13. My older brothers and sisters where on tour in East Germany and I wanted to go with them, but I was to young.
"Hallelujah" and "Rock īnī Roll stole my soul" followed.
And then finally "Please donīt go". Patricia told us that she wrote this song 3 years ago when she had a big lovesickness. But thatīs over! Comment by Jimmy: "I told her to leave this man. I rescued her!". "Please donīt go" is one of my highlights on every concert, because they both sing it with so much power and emotions.
After it Paddy meant: "Hey, they can sing really good, right?" Before they performed "Ares qui" we had to practise to clap our hands. But he didnīt like it and said: "No, no not this way!" and so we tried it again. Suddenly Maite said that Paddy still has no drivers license, but he meant that doesnīt matter, because he has a chauffeur.
Then the others left the stage and Paddy said that he wrote the next song for his mother and that we can sing together with him. For the last part of "Mama" Angelo came back on stage and they sang it together.
Angeloīs Drumsolo was great as always. He meant we didnīt cheer enough for him and so acted as he wanted to leave the stage and so all the fans gave their best with a big applause for him.
Then it was Joey-time and he performed "The wolf" and "Angels flying".
In the middle part of "Warriors of love" Jimmy said something in French, but I couldnīt understand everything.
And now, can you guess which one was the next song? Yep, the old German song "Alle Kinder brauchen Freunde". Thatīs a fantastic one with Jimmy and Paddy jumping on stage.
Paddy said we can stay a little bit at the German part and so the following songs were: "Marmor, Stein und Eisen bricht", "Ein Bett im Kornfeld" and "Maschendrahtzaun". He told us that they met some time ago Anton from Tirol and asked him what to do for a great atmosphere in a concert. Paddy: "Prost Ihr Säcke" and all the fans yelled: "Prost Du Sack!". And then we sang a short part of "Anton aus Tirol", this time with Paddy from Cologne.
Hearing "One more freaking dollar" and "We will rock you" you know itīs soon over. The last two songs were "Take my hand" and as encore "I canīt help myself". After that it was already over :-((
Personally I would say that was a concert you should have seen in this little locality and on a field ...
