Thatīs a short report about a nice concert in Berlin on 27.5.2000:
They played a little bit about 2 hours. Unfortunatly Barby, John and Kathy werenīt there.
But nevertheless all the others were in a good mood, so that I personally had much fun.
They started with "Why why why". At the end of "Thunder" Jimmy began to sing it intentional wrong. He said as joke:
"Hey why did you stop the playback? Turn it
on again!".
A typical joke of Jimmy.
The other songs were: "Looking for love", "I feel love", "Iīll be your bride", "Fell in love with an alien", "Iīll swim", "Rockīnīroll stole my soul", "Every baby", "Another world", "Key to my heart", "First time", "An angel", "Hallelujah", "Stay beside me", "Please donīt go" and "Ares qui".
Before they started to sing unplugged, Jimmy said: "We are Irish and need now a break for tea.". They sang "I wish I were a swallow", "Nanana" and "Life is hard enough".
Then it was "Angelo-time" - he played his Drumsolo, followed by
"The wolf", "Angels flying" and the new song from Maite - "So many things I wanna do".
The rocky version of the old traditional German song "Alle Kinder brauchen Freunde" sounds extremly good! You really have to hear it live! Paddy and Jimmy jumped the whole time.
After this song Paddy said: "Also wenn wir Deutsch singen, gefällt Euch das, ja??" (When we sing German you like it, right?).
Paddy said: "Angelo play something modern!"
After he said this, they sang short versions of these songs: "Anton aus Tirol", "Marmor, Stein und Eisen bircht", "Ich vermissī Dich wie die Hölle", "Lebī" and some others.
After it Paddy said that now play again something from The Kelly Family :-) So the next was "One more freaking dollar".
There were also some new songs, like "Pray for a happier day". Jimmy had a new song, too called "Warriors of love". After "Take my hand" the said good-bye. Paddy and Angelo came on stage again and sang "I canīt help myself". Thatīs the end.
